Dann Gesink is a visual artist based in Martinez, California, whose work is primarily sculptural and metal, with his most recent fabrications delving into modernist, geometric, industrial, and aeronautical forms.

Dann holds an Associate's degree in Welding Technology from Kalamazoo Valley Community College and a certificate in Mechanical Drafting from Diablo Valley College. He has worked as a metal fabricator and sculptor at Alchemist Bronze Foundry in Kalamazoo, Michigan, and Artworks Foundry in Berkeley, California. His professional background includes experience as a structural steel welding inspector on building and infrastructure projects throughout the San Francisco Bay Area.

Currently, Dann is a professor of Welding Technology at Los Medanos College in Pittsburg, California.
